	Two Man Kayaks . . . . If you want to paddle with a friend then you must choose the Tarpon 130T, at 396cm/13ft long and weighing 29.5kg/65lbs it is comfortable to maneouvre between the 2 of you. It is smooth, stable, capable and comfortable with adjustable back rests and padded seats. The seats are contoured and it comes with two storage wells with bungees and two day hatches.
	The Wilderness System range of Tarpons. . . . . comes in a variety of rich colours and are all made from Generation 2 Polyethylene which is lightweight, provides a robust stiffness and a composite-like finish - it is a quantum leap in plastics and it's the only one we use.

At our Watersports centre at Oxwich Beach, Gower you can test paddle the kayaks and if you are not in the market for buying one just yet, you can rent them out by the hour. We have kayak leaders who can show you the basics of paddling and take you on led excursions within the bay. It is important to know how to right the kayak, keep hold of the paddles and to understand how to paddle safely with the right equipment. The start boat in the sit on top range is called a Ripper and at 244 cm/8ft long and weighing 18.5kg/41lbs is easy to handle from car-top to water and ideal for young people out for a fun paddle. Moving up the range is the Tarpon 100, coming in at 305cm/10ft long and weighing 22.5kg/50lbs, this boat comes with a padded seat and back rest, day hatch and bow storage area. The Tarpon 100 is the star of the sit on top kayak market and is by far the most popular choice.
